Wheel suspension parts

The track control arm is a part with the shape of a triangle. This part connects the wheels and the body. This part allows you to brake, accelerate and corner without the car tipping over. If the car were not equipped with a track control arm, these forces of the car would have a major influence on the wheels and wear. The track control arm is very solid and will therefore not break easily. The parts such as the ball joint and the control arm bushing are parts that will wear out faster, and will therefore need to be replaced sooner.
The ball joint ensures that the wheels can turn and steer at the same time. The ball joint absorbs the rotating movement when steering and also absorbs in and out spring movements. This occurs, for example, when driving over a high threshold. The ball joint often has a hard time, which can lead to play. In case of play on the ball joint, it will have to be replaced. The play can be noticed by sounds coming from the suspension or because the car has a steering deviation and vibrates more than normal.
The anti-roll bar connects the right and left wheel suspension. The anti-roll bar ensures that the car remains stable in the bends. Without this bar, the car would lean too much in a bend. The anti-roll bar is connected to the wheel suspension by means of rubbers and brackets. The anti-roll bar generally does not need to be replaced often. This depends on the driving behaviour, on roads with many bumps and bumps the bar will wear out sooner than on a straight road. The stabilizer rubbers, on the other hand, are subject to wear and will therefore have to be replaced more often.
